A study of educational models for infants, toddlers, and preschool children
with disabilities and their families to include assessment, program
planning, integrated activities, and collaboration of services. Offered
Fall and Summer.
ECED/SPED 5333 -Advanced Studies of Infants and Children
with Special Needs
A study of current family, interdisciplinary and service delivery issues,
systematic program evaluation and future implications for the education
of infants and young children with disabilities and their families.
Offered Spring.
ECED/SPED 5737 - Practicum: Infants and Young Children with
Disabilities
This course provides experiences allowing the student to demonstrate
competencies by working with infants, toddlers, and young children in
a home-based, hospital, agency, school, or program setting.
The early childhood special education series of courses emphasizes

Exceptional Children (DEC?CEC); The National Association for the Education
