Palmer designated new HSH dean

The The university has selected Dr. Bruce Palmer as dean of the School of Human Sciences and Humanities. Palmer will assume his new role Sept. 1.

"He's a full professor of history with a doctorate from Yale University," said Emily Sutter, who has served as interim dean for HSH until the position could be filled.

H-Clear Lake student publications brought home six national awards from the Columbia Scholastic Press Association Awards Convocation in New York City, March 16, and 14 state awards from the Texas Intercollegiate Press Association Conference in Fort Worth, March 28-30. more ...
