 How do you think the registration process could be improved? 
"I am a customer and I don't feel like I am. Most of the students here are older students. The school needs to be a little more receptive about what we as students need."

"I think the university should keep both the paper copy of the class schedule in print as well as online. Some people may not have access to a computer at home or just don't trust the Web version of the course schedule."

"I think phone registration seems to be easier than online registration. This is primarily because EASE On-Line is not very user-friendly. They should focus more on helpful hints or tips on how to navigate EASE On-Line when registering."
