Fees: The registration fee is $199 per person; $179 each for three or more from the same organization. The fee includes your tuition, all materials, the Friday night banquet, opening reception, as well as Saturday morning breakfast and lunch. Early Bird Registration of $179 per individual is available through Monday, November 20, 2006.
Schedule: Your conference begins at 3:00 pm. with registration and a complimentary conference-wide reception follows at 5:30 on the 10th floor for all participants. The banquet begins in the ______ room at 7:30 and will conclude by 9:15 p.m. On Saturday morning the buffet will open at 7:15 and the general session will begin at 7:40. The concurrent sessions start at 8:30 and will repeat at 10. The luncheon buffet opens at 11:30; Julia will share some words of wisdom to send us on our way from noon until 12:45. After concluding remarks, we adjourn by 1 p.m.
Hotel Accommodations: Parking is free at the Hilton Hotel NASA Clear Lake, for both drive-in participants and overnight guests. Overnight accommodations are available at state rates; reservations should be made directly with the hotel, and mention should be made of the “the University of Houston – Clear Lake WIEL conference or Women in Educational Leadership Conference” group. A block of rooms has been set aside for us; you will need to identify yourself as with the group to access them.

Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits: UHCL’s Center for Educational Programs awards SBEC-approved CPE credits for professional development that meets SBEC requirements. Participants in all conference activities are eligible to receive 6 CPEs (1 for each hour presentation attended) By completing your session evaluations (required for CPE presentations) you will qualify for CPE credits, up to 6 hours.
